Delivery Policy
Deliveries in the DFW metroplex must meet a $450.00 minimum. Deliveries outside of the metroplex to Tyler, Austin and Houston have higher minimums, please contact for details. Delivery fees begin at $65.00 and vary by distance from our nursery. Customers must finalize delivery orders by noon the day prior to shipment. As always, we ask that drivers be given assistance while unloading plant material. We appreciate your help in easing the process and allowing us to make deliveries in a timely manner.
Pickup Policy
Customers are always encouraged to pick up plants if they desire. It is our policy that customers not pull their own plants; we have experienced employees who ready material for you. For your convenience you may call, fax or submit your order in advance so we can have it pulled when you arrive. Please arrive by 4:00 p.m. for pick up orders.
Return Policy
Where applicable a 15% restocking fee will apply.
