Agapanthus p. ‘Africanus Blue’ is the Reunion Tower of the garden, a globe-like inflorescence of blue flowers soars above dense green foliage on a single flower stalk. Botanically the genus Agapanthus derives from the Greek words Agape meaning love and athos meaning flower, however, it is most commonly referred to as the Lily of the Nile.
