Seasonal summer color with beautiful large blooms, dark eyes and ooey gooey chocolate centers. This long-rayed daisy-like flower was bred to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Denver, Colorado. The ‘Denver Daisy’ was chosen as the people’s choice of the American Garden Award in 2010. One fun fact, its Latin name hirta refers to the plant’s hairy leaves and stems. These showy extra large golden blooms are Dallas Arboretum approved and an instant summer hit.
