Buddleia ‘Buzz’ series is a compact Butterfly Bush that is well-suited for patios containers or small gardens. This deciduous shrubby perennial is a butterfly magnet massed with 4-6″ long, arching flower clusters from summer to fall. Butterflies absolutely love this plant fluttering to the luscious nectar of its flowers.

 

In north Texas, it looks spectacular in any area equipped with well-drained soil and full sun. Some maintenance is required for peak performance. Deadheading throughout the season will increase flowering and a good heavy pruning in winter will maintain a nice and tidy shape.
