Neon magenta flowers blanket this sun-loving, sprawling succulent, from spring through fall. Look closely at its fleshy, gray-green foliage and you will see it is covered with tiny bubble-like hairs which reflect and shine like ice crystals, hence its name ‘Ice Plant’. It likes a sunny well drained location in the landscape. Delosperma cooperi is drought tolerant, virtually maintenance free, and adds a bright pop of color to xeric gardens. This perennial is under our succulent plants category.
